A bridge…often looked at as a crossroads. A piece of architect that gets you from one place to another.
So yes…I love the structures but in life…I’m not really a fan of bridges.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11
The heavy fog blocks the other side. The bridge seems to have fallen…
Trust the bridge? Trust the process?
But I STRUGGLE at times. Your Pastors struggle at times.
In the Bible, bridges often symbolize transitions, connections, and new beginnings. When faced with a hard decision, we can draw inspiration from the story of the Israelites crossing the Jordan River (Joshua 3-4). As they stepped into the unknown, the waters parted, and they found dry ground. God’s presence went before them, leading them through the treacherous waters.
They got to the other side…and friends so will you.
As you stand at the edge of your own bridge, remember that God’s plans for you are good. He will guide you through the unknown, providing hope and a future. Take a deep breath, trust His guidance, and step forward in faith.
What bridge are you standing in front of today? How can you trust God’s guidance and take the next step in faith? And more…how can I pray for you?
We are In this together!
