Mickey Boell
PastorMickey is a passionate leader, educator, and pastor with a heart for fostering growth and connection in both spiritual and educational settings. She began her journey at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Secondary Education and Language Arts. Mickey furthered her academic achievements with a Master’s Degree in PreK-12 School Administration from Wayne State College.
After an impactful career in public education, Mickey transitioned to the corporate world, where she combined her passion for teaching and learning to help schools improve reading instruction. Despite her success, Mickey felt a deeper calling. In 2018, she responded to God’s call on her life and began her journey toward ordination. She earned her Pastoral credentials in the Church of the Nazarene by taking classes through Nazarene Bible College.
Today, Pastor Mickey serves as the Associate Pastor at Living Faith Church of the Nazarene in Omaha, Nebraska. She also ministers as an Associate Chaplain for the Methodist Hospital System and Methodist Fremont Hospice. Additionally, she is the Lead Pastor for Pastor Mickey Ministries Church Online, where she reaches and shepherds a diverse digital congregation.
Outside of work, Pastor Mickey finds joy in spending time with her husband, children, and their beloved Goldendoodle. She loves crafting, staying active with CrossFit and running, and unwinding with television sitcoms such as The Office, Parks and Recreation, and The Big Bang Theory.
Mickey’s life is a testament to her dedication to service, her love for people, and her unwavering commitment to both faith and education. Whether in the classroom, the church, or the hospital, she seeks to inspire, nurture, and guide others in their spiritual and personal journeys.
